These policies apply to all Minute Hair Products.
FREE Shipping via USPS in the USA - WE SHIP EVERYTHING IN DISCREET OUTSIDE PACKAGING - SHIPPING LABEL WILL SAY "M H PRODUCTS"
(except for some international shipments where Customs requires us to disclose our company name)
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. U.S.A. and International orders can be shipped via the United States Postal Service via first-class mail, priority mail, or express mail. Please make your selection at checkout. International shipment time estimates are only estimates because international packages are subject to being held up by Customs and other Regulatory Agencies, which is outside of anyone’s control.
Rates are calculated at checkout. You can select the option that suits your delivery deadline.
We ship everything quickly (typically within 1 business day or less). We are proud to be the fastest shipper in our industry.
Most first-class packages arrive in less than a week. While the post office is usually efficient, sometimes it misroutes and delays packages. We have no control over the post office and cannot guarantee delivery times. If you want guaranteed delivery times, please choose Express Mail. It is the only mail service that offers time guarantees.
3 out of 100 shipments (3%) end up undeliverable due to misspelled or incomplete addresses.
If you want to receive your order on time, carefully fill out the order and account information:
- If shipping to an apartment or office building, remember to enter the apartment/unit # or suite #. Missing this is the most common reason for undelivered packages.
- If you purchase via PayPal, ensure you select the correct shipping address from your PayPal address choices.
- If you have multiple shipping addresses stored in our system, select the correct one before placing your order.
- Always double-check your order before confirming it to ensure all details are accurate. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered elsewhere, we cannot issue a refund or replace lost products.
- If you are moving soon, do NOT submit your order until you have physically moved. The post office may not forward packages, leading to lost shipments.
- If you recently moved, notify your local post office so they know you are the new occupant.
- Ensure the email address you use when creating an account is valid. If you need to retrieve your password, an invalid email will prevent our system from sending it.
- A correct zip code is crucial. Incorrect zip codes can cause misrouting and delays.
- If you have a P.O. Box or a mailbox, check there before assuming your package is lost.
More Shipping Information
Customers can select insured or uninsured shipping methods:
- Insured methods: Priority Mail (insured up to $50), Express Mail (usually insured up to $200).
- First-class mail: Not insured.
- Free shipping (if offered) does not include insurance.
The buyer is responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery point and ensuring the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to community mailboxes, parcel lockers, or shared mailboxes.
Once tracking shows that a package is delivered, we no longer assume responsibility for it.
If a delivery attempt is made and the post office cannot deliver due to issues like holding mail, forwarding orders, or blocked mailboxes, the customer must arrange re-delivery or pick up the package.
For insurance claims, USPS and most carriers do not reimburse once a package is marked as delivered.
If you select an uninsured shipping method, lost or damaged packages may not be reimbursed.
Color Exchanges
Color exchanges are simple. If the color does not match, return it to:

Include a note with your shipping details and the desired color. Supplying your original order number or packing list helps us process exchanges faster. We aim to ship color exchanges within one business day.
- Returns should be sent in a padded envelope with tracking.
- Color exchanges are usually accepted up to 90 days from purchase.
- Exchanges within 30 days do not require a return authorization. After 30 days, authorization and proof of purchase are required.
- In some cases, customers may need to pay return shipping or use reward points for shipping costs.
Returns
All returns require a return authorization and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. Some products, such as used beauty products and surgical masks, are non-returnable. Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Contact us for return authorization.

We aim to credit returns within one business day.
- A restocking fee may apply.
- Items must be in new condition, as we cannot resell used beauty supplies.
Damaged Items
Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. If you receive a damaged item:
- Send clear pictures showing the damage.
- Keep all packaging, invoices, and products in case they are needed for claims.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are calculated in real-time using USPS data feeds.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless there is a shipping error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Discrepancies
We do not ship partial shipments. If there is a discrepancy in your order, report it within 7 days of receipt with the following:
- A picture of the envelope label.
- A picture of the packing list invoice.
- A picture of everything received.
Send these details to info@MinuteHair.com. We aim to resolve such issues within 3 business days.
Do not discard packaging, invoices, or products in case they are needed for claims.
Freight Forwarder Alert (International Customers)
If using a 3rd party freight forwarder, Minute Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave the forwarder.
Claim Timeframes
- USA customers: Non-receipt claims must be made within 30 days of the order date.
- International customers: Non-receipt claims must be made within 60 days of the order date.
- Some international packages do not have tracking, requiring USPS up to 60 days for claims.
Coupons
- Only one coupon per order.
- Coupons are subject to their terms and may be discontinued at any time.
